How we can login on App

On the Login page, click forget password, enter your mobile number, then click submit to receive the token for login.

How to make a complaint

Upon logging in, you reach the home page where you click the Complaint icon to file a complaint and see your earlier opened and closed complaints.

How we can raise the information to sale or rent my flat

To raise sale as well as rent details, click Rent Sale icon on home page. In Sale flat details, choose Flat and available from date. In Rent flat details, choose Flat and available from date. There is also an earlier sale and rent summary.

What is the motive of Emergency.

Emergency contains a list of emergency numbers you can dial at any time in case of an emergency.

How to get my visitor report. How we can invite the visitor

1. To visitor report, click My Visitor icon. Select date range and click Go button to get visitor visiting summary.

2. To invite visitor, click My Visitor icon. go to invited visitor and click plus icon and visitor details and save the details. Afterwards, visitor receive the otp to use for visiting in your society. In case visitor lost the otp then you can give him from next tab visitor OTP section.

How do we know my parking vehicle details.

To get vehicle details, click on Connect In the icon and mention a vehicle registration number which display owner details.

How do we connect my neighbor.

To connect your neighbor, click on Connect In the icon and mention a flat name. Afterwards, it displays your neighbor details, and you can call your neighbor.

Q.1. Meetings of the society are open to family members?
Ans: Family members must own shares in the society jointly with the original member whose name appears first on the certificate.

Q.2. Can a defaulter attend and speak during a society's AGM?
Ans: Failing to pay membership fees does not prevent them from participating in the AGM as part of their own membership rights.

Q.3. What happens if the society fails to deliver the NOC?
Ans: A member can appeal to the town registrar, the cooperative court and the consumer court if the society refuses to give them an NOC. A society cannot refuse to issue a NOC.
